If I don’t deliver the solution you need within 5-days, you pay nothing. If I do, my fee is £15,000.

I’m not a consultant. I don’t sell time. I am a creative thinking expert. I only sell the solution.

This is the opposite of those well-known, snake oil providers out there who make their money on the 10% upfront fee, (to cover their time). I don’t accept a penny before or after the challenge, unless you receive the solution you need.

I don’t accept every problem. Only problems I know I can solve, fast. And I only accept them under strict terms.

How my service works

1. Exclusion list
   Before anything starts, you send me a clear description of the problem and a list of every solution you’ve already tried or seriously considered. If what I later propose is on that list, you owe me nothing. I’m only paid for providing the solution.
2. 5-days
   If I accept your challenge, I go away and work on it for up to 5-days. No workshops, no check-ins, no presentations. At the end of that period, I either return with a documented, actionable solution, or I tell you I couldn’t find one.
3. Outcome
   If I provide a solution that directly addresses and solves the problem, and you agree it does, my £15,000 is due. If I don’t, you pay nothing. We simply end the engagement there.

There are no retainers, no day rates, and no upsells.

I will respond within 12-hours to either accept or decline the challenge. If I accept, it means I’m fully convinced I can find the solution. So, we can jump on a call to arrange things. The 5‑days begin, once we agree a start date. That’s it.
